Richard was a wonderful choice in selling my mums home after she passsed away.
We weren't sure when to put it on the market, and he was extremely patient and understanding at such an emotional time.
He contacted us with feedback from buyers and helped us get a great price.
He even went above and beyond after the house was sold to let a furniture buyer in for us as we live a couple of hours away and couldn't be there.

Recently we entrusted Richard Langford with the sale of our property in St. Andrews Beach on the Mornington Peninsula. I would like to tell you about a great recent experience with a real-estate agent. It was my task to sell my elderly mothers unit. Richard Langford was recommended to me by a relative. I am grateful for that recommendation. Richard is a personable, efficient and sincere man. He is a credit to his profession. He quickly established a rapport with me and presumably a rapport with potential buyers.
