Richard Langford is enthusiastic, motivated and very personable. His knowledge of the local area was great and he was a great communicator who was also very sensitive to the situation of selling our house due to a separation. He took this in his stride and was great at communicating with us both.

Right from the beginning Richard was professional, honest and trustworthy! I always trusted his advise and his knowledge of the industry never had me questioning the process. He knew what he was doing every step of the way. My house was launched on the Tuesday and we had 43 groups through the first open and multiple offers on the table already. Richard was a wonderful choice in selling my mums home after she passsed away.
We weren't sure when to put it on the market, and he was extremely patient and understanding at such an emotional time.
He contacted us with feedback from buyers and helped us get a great price.
He even went above and beyond after the house was sold to let a furniture buyer in for us as we live a couple of hours away and couldn't be there.

Recently we entrusted Richard Langford with the sale of our property in St. Andrews Beach on the Mornington Peninsula. My previous experience with real estate agents has left with a bitter taste in my mouth. But in Richards case he brought an honest demeanour that both my partner and I felt comfortable with. He didn't beat around the bush, he didn't make ridiculous promises and he listened to us and what we wanted and focused on our goal. This was a refreshing experience. Selling a house can be very stressful process, and let me tell you it was, but Richard helped to make the transaction as smooth as possible with great communication and an attentiveness to what was a very big deal to us. I would like to tell you about a great recent experience with a real-estate agent. It was my task to sell my elderly mothers unit. Richard Langford was recommended to me by a relative. I am grateful for that recommendation. Richard is a personable, efficient and sincere man. He is a credit to his profession. He quickly established a rapport with me and presumably a rapport with potential buyers. But for the passing of my mother during the sensibly targeted sales campaign the property would have been sold very expeditiously. Richard kept potential buyers informed while we waited for probate.
