Richard Langford is enthusiastic, motivated and very personable. His knowledge of the local area was great and he was a great communicator who was also very sensitive to the situation of selling our house due to a separation. He took this in his stride and was great at communicating with us both.

Right from the beginning Richard was professional, honest and trustworthy! I always trusted his advise and his knowledge of the industry never had me questioning the process. Richard was a wonderful choice in selling my mums home after she passsed away.
We weren't sure when to put it on the market, and he was extremely patient and understanding at such an emotional time.
He contacted us with feedback from buyers and helped us get a great price.
He even went above and beyond after the house was sold to let a furniture buyer in for us as we live a couple of hours away and couldn't be there.

Recently we entrusted Richard Langford with the sale of our property in St. Andrews Beach on the Mornington Peninsula. My previous experience with real estate agents has left with a bitter taste in my mouth. But in Richards case he brought an honest demeanour that both my partner and I felt comfortable with. I would like to tell you about a great recent experience with a real-estate agent. It was my task to sell my elderly mothers unit. Richard Langford was recommended to me by a relative. I am grateful for that recommendation. Richard is a personable, efficient and sincere man. He is a credit to his profession. He quickly established a rapport with me and presumably a rapport with potential buyers.
